Processing complex FOIA requests, the full-time FOIA Analyst will support disclosure reviews, appeals, and litigation matters while working remotely.Key responsibilitiesReview and process various FOIA requests, determining record responsiveness and applying necessary exemptionsPrepare records for release, including applying redactions and drafting correspondence to requestersSupport FOIA appeals and litigation by organizing case files and preparing supporting documentationRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited institutionAt least 5 years of relevant FOIA experienceDemonstrated expertise in handling federal FOIA cases and knowledge of FOIA exemptions and the Privacy ActExperience with eDiscovery and electronic case-management tools; familiarity with Relativity is highly desirableAbility to obtain and maintain the required security clearance
