To support a growing utility coordination effort, the full-time Underground Utility Protection Coordinator will manage incoming 811 locate tickets, coordinate utility locating activities, and ensure compliance with state regulations while working remotely.Key responsibilitiesReceive, review, and process incoming 811 locate tickets within required response timesCoordinate utility locating activities with internal teams and third-party vendors, prioritizing emergency requestsMaintain accurate records and generate reports related to locate performance and operational KPIsRequired qualificationsHigh School diploma required; education in construction management, GIS, or utility management preferred2+ years of experience in utility coordination, telecommunications, or underground infrastructure operations preferredStrong organizational and time management skills requiredFamiliarity with state utility damage prevention regulations and 811/One-Call processesExperience with GIS mapping systems and utility locate software preferred
