Senior Foreign Affairs And International Civil Aviation Policy Advisor

Serves as a senior foreign affairs and international civil aviation policy advisor providing formulation, analysis, development, and advancement of U.S. international civil aviation policies, strategies, and negotiating objective.

Provides leadership, direction, and oversight to staff engaged in the development, coordination, negotiation, implementation, and enforcement of international civil aviation agreements and policies affecting U.S. foreign policy.

Leads and coordinates Departmental and interagency efforts involving the development, implementation, negotiation, enforcement, and advancement of U.S. international civil aviation policies, agreements, and strategic initiatives.

Represents the Department and Bureau in bilateral and multilateral negotiations, interagency meetings, international conferences, industry engagements, and other high-level forums involving international civil aviation policy.
