Leading the Value Analysis process for assigned VATs, the full-time remote New Mexico Licensed Sourcing Manager will identify savings opportunities, manage expiring contracts, and oversee new supplies and services requests to optimize value and return for the organization.Key responsibilities:Oversee the implementation process of approved opportunities, ensuring compliance with all necessary steps and stakeholder notificationsLead pursuit activities to improve pricing, standardize supplies, and enhance supplier performanceManage opportunity identification and documentation using VAT tools, conducting preliminary analyses to validate assumptions and quantify potential valueRequired qualifications:Bachelor's degree required, or 6 years of additional experience in lieu of a degree5 years of experience in healthcare supply chain or related fields such as purchasing, contracting, or project managementProficiency in utilizing VAT tools and methodologies for opportunity identificationExperience in leading RFP development and negotiation strategiesStrong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
