This role involves data collection and analysis, research, funding identification, and preparation of informational and reporting materials. The position operates on standard business hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM) with a business casual dress code.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify public and private funding sources and assist in preparing funding proposals
- Assist in conducting surveys, research, and field investigations
- Comprehend, analyze, and interpret laws, rules, regulations, and policies and apply them to specific situations
- Prepare clear, accurate, and comprehensive reports with findings, conclusions, and recommendations
- Organize assigned work, analyze problems, and develop effective work methods
- Maintain essential records and files and utilize electronic and manual information systems
- Participate in conferences, meetings, and other events as required
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and program stakeholders
- Microsoft 365 Suite
- Microsoft Dynamics
- Data collection and analysis methods
- Research and report writing
- Policy interpretation and application
- Experience in program coordination or public sector environment
- Familiarity with grant writing or funding proposals
