Seeking a full-time Lateral Conflicts Analyst to process conflict-of-interest requests for lateral attorney candidates and other prospective hires, this role involves reviewing conflicts reports, collaborating with Conflicts Counsel and the Recruiting Department, and ensuring timely resolution of conflicts, with opportunities for hybrid or fully remote work arrangements.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate conflict reports summarizing issues involving lateral attorneys and non-lawyer candidatesReview applicant information to ensure accurate documentation before uploading to the firm's conflicts databaseSupport Conflicts Counsel and the Recruiting Department in resolving and clearing conflictsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experienceMinimum of two years of conflicts-of-interest experience at a mid-size or large law firmExperience with database software, preferably Intapp OpenStrong analytical and organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and discretionProficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
