This role requires experience in Army supply systems, procurement processes, and property accountability.The ideal candidate will support full-spectrum supply operations, ensuring materials and equipment are properly managed, tracked, and available to meet mission requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform end-to-end supply operations including ordering, receiving, storing, and issuing materialsSupport procurement and contracting activities in a government or military environmentMaintain property accountability, including hand receipts and inventory managementConduct inventories of Army property and ensure accurate tracking and documentationExpedite delivery of critical supplies and identify alternate sourcing options as neededEnsure compliance with Army logistics policies, FAR, and DFARS regulationsUtilize systems such as CHESS to support procurement and lifecycle managementCoordinate logistics activities to support operational readinessRequirementsEducationBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field OR equivalent experience in lieu of degreeExperienceMinimum of 5 years of experience in Army Supply and Services Career Management FieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or contracting, preferably within a government or military environmentExperience performing: Supply operations (ordering, receiving, storing, issuing)Property accountability and hand receipt managementInventory management of Army propertyStrong understanding of: FAR and DFARS regulationsArmy procurement policies and proceduresCHESS systemDesired SkillsStrong organizational and attention-to-detail skillsAbility to manage multiple logistics priorities simultaneouslyStrong knowledge of Army logistics systems and processesEffective communication and coordination abilitiesExperience in mission-driven or operational environmentsSecurity ClearanceActive Secret clearance requiredEmployee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight, typically less than 20 pounds, but may vary depending on the position.
