Supporting the company's Business Conduct Program, the full-time remote Investigative Consultant (Ethics) will conduct investigations into unethical behavior, manage case reporting systems, and assist in the development and implementation of ethics training and policies.Key responsibilities:Review and investigate reports of suspected misconduct, documenting findings and collaborating with stakeholdersManage the company's case management system, including the anonymous reporting channel, to facilitate routine reporting and analysisAssist in maintaining and implementing components of the Business Conduct Program, ensuring compliance with laws and internal policiesRequired qualifications:10+ years of relevant experience in business conduct programs or ethics investigationsBachelor's degree required; Juris Doctorate or relevant post-graduate degree preferredExperience with internal investigations in law enforcement or government may substitute for required experienceDemonstrated ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of an organizationCurrent knowledge of federal and state laws related to ethics and compliance
