Certification Program Support & Operations Specialist

Russell Tobin is partnering with a leading technology company to hire Certification Program Support & Operations Specialists to support a growing global partner certification program.
This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end certification experience for partner candidates, including exam registration, scheduling, candidate support, certification tracking, reporting, and platform administration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with certification platforms such as Pearson VUE, strong technical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to manage integrations across certification systems, Salesforce, and partner portals.

Responsibilities:
- Certification Program Administration: Manage candidate registration, exam scheduling, eligibility, vouchers, and exam delivery settings using Pearson VUE or comparable certification platforms.
- Candidate Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for certification-related inquiries, resolving issues involving exam access, scheduling, certification status, and discount eligibility.
- Platform & Integration Management: Monitor and troubleshoot integrations between certification platforms, Salesforce, partner portals, identity providers, and data warehouses.
- Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track certification enrollment, exam completion, pass rates, credential attainment, and data integrity.
- Process Improvement: Identify recurring operational challenges, document workflows, recommend automation opportunities, and improve overall program efficiency.
- Partner Enablement: Ensure certification records and credentials are accurately maintained and aligned with partner program tiers, eligibility requirements, and business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, IT, RevOps, and Partner Enablement teams to resolve technical issues and improve certification operations.
- Knowledge Management: Maintain support documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge resources to support program scaling and automation.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in certification program operations, learning operations, partner programs, or a related field, preferably within B2B SaaS or the technology industry.
- Hands-on experience administering Pearson VUE or comparable proctored exam delivery platforms.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end certification operations, including candidate registration, exam scheduling, eligibility configuration, voucher management, proctoring workflows, and credential issuance.
- Experience managing integrations between certification platforms, Salesforce, partner portals, and other enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, middleware, and integration tools such as Workato, Zapier, or Tray.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, data analysis, and dashboarding tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Salesforce Reports.
- Strong technical troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience managing high-volume support inquiries and escalations.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while managing multiple priorities.
