NOW HIRING CHIEF OF POLICE The City of New Florence, Missouri, seeks a dedicated, experienced professional to serve as its next Chief of Police. POSITION SUMMARY The Chief of Police provides leadership, direction, and oversight for the New Florence Police Department. The Chief plans, organizes, directs, and coordinates department operations while working closely with City administration, employees, and the community to promote effective, professional law enforcement services. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Qualified candidates must: Be Missouri POST Certified. Have five (5) years of police supervisory experience (preferred). Possess a valid Missouri drivers license. Hold a degree in Law Enforcement or a related field (preferred). Equivalent combinations of education, training, and professional experience that provide the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities will also be considered. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary: $58,000$65,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
