Shift Details:

  • (M, Tu, Fr or M, Th, Fr- candidate may choose but must be consistent week to week) Hours: 0800-1630

  • 24 hours / week

Medical Program Administrative Assistant (MPAA) Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative and patient scheduling support to the Health Service Unit and its supervisory, professional, and administrative staff.

  • Coordinates patient scheduling, maintains medical records, and assists with patient file reviews and release of information requests.

  • Prepares and processes incoming and outgoing correspondence and maintains accurate computer databases and records.

  • Provides general administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the medical program.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-year previous working experience .

  • Graduation from an accredited educational institution

  • Must hold a valid state-issued MPAA license in good standing.

  • Additional certification may be required.

  • Copy of current, completedPrimary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.

  • Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
