Eagle Harbor, LLC a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay and a Federal Contracting leader is looking for a Senior Acquisitions Specialist to join our team in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities:

Provide limited administrative, technical, help desk, and resource coordination support to assist the USCG COR Program Management Office (PMO) in sustaining the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) Program.

Provide administrative and technical support to assist the COR PMO with the maintenance of standards, guidance, best practices, and reference materials for the USCG COR Program.

Assist in the development, promotion, organization, and distribution of specialized tools, templates, and reference materials necessary for effective COR contract administration.

Provide front-line help desk support to assist the COR PMO in responding to inquiries from the USCG COR community. Help desk support may include receiving, tracking, researching, organizing, and preparing draft responses to COR-related inquiries for Government review and approval.

Assist the COR PMO in addressing complex contract administration issues, system errors, and process bottlenecks by analyzing incoming support data to identify systemic trends.

Assist in the development of technical recommendations, troubleshooting guides, and self-service resources to enable the COR PMO to efficiently resolve these issues.

Assist the COR PMO in identifying recurring help desk inquiries, process gaps and user support needs. Use help desk data and user feedback to recommend updates to COR Program resources, training topics, and self-service materials.

Provide limited administrative and technical support to assist the COR PMO with post-award contract administration resources, and sustainment activities for the COR community. Support shall focus on maintaining general self-service tools and reference materials that help CORs understand and perform routine post-award responsibilities.

Requirements:

US Citizen

Ability to pass a pre-employment background check

Ability to pass a Public Trust level clearance

Minimum of three years of experience in federal contracting or project management. The experience shall be commensurate with Federal Acquisition Certification (FAC-C) - Level II Contracting/COR OR Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) requirements Level II. Subject Matter Experts may be used for certain functions and do not require the level II certification.
