Summary

Business Intelligence ManagerLiberty FCU, a full-service credit union, is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to join the Information Technology team. This individual is responsible for overseeing the development and use of data systems, ensuring accuracy, adequacy, and legitimacy of data. This role involves managing a team of data analysts, developing strategies to effectively collect, analyze, and interpret data, and ensuring data quality and integrity across multiple datasets.Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:Oversee the collection, management, and storage of data across the organizationEnsure the accuracy and quality of dataImplement and manage data analysis tools and applicationsDevelop and enforce policies to ensure effective data managementAcquire data from primary or secondary data sourcesIdentify ways to improve upon existing reporting methodsManage and mentor a team of data analysts and report writersDevelop and implement processes and procedures for the team to ensure efficient and effective data management and reportingUtilize strong management and conflict resolution skills to maintain a productive and harmonious team environmentCollaborate with report writers to ensure that reports are accurate, timely, and meet the needs of stakeholdersCore competencies:Advanced knowledge of SQL, scripting languages, and database conceptsVersatility and willingness to learn about recent technologies on the jobAvailability to work evenings and weekends, when necessaryThe ability to clearly communicate complex results to technical and non-technical audiencesHigh analytical skills, well-developed technical and computer skills, attention to details, sound communication, and time management skillsDesired qualification:3+ years of industry experience in the data analytics fieldBenefits and compensation:Paid holidaysPaid time off (vacation, sick and personal days)Medical, dental and vision insurance401(k) retirement program with matching fundsEmployer paid group term life insurance, short term and long term disability insuranceTuition reimbursement programLiberty FCU is an equal opportunity employer, minority/female/disability/protected veteran.
