This role partners with teams across North America, Europe, and Asia to deliver business solutions that drive operational excellence.In this role, you will:Domain expertise in support of operational objectives, focusing on the implementation and support of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2, D365 Finance & Operations, and ISV solutions across Multi-Wing business units.Contribute across all project phases (Plan, Analyze, Design, Build, and Test) and provide 1st-level support.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, IT teams, and business partners to ensure high-quality solutions and standardized processes.Research, analyze, and resolve complex or non-standard issues.Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business efficiency and success.Perform other duties as assigned.What you need to excel:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent.5 to 10 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2 and D365 Finance & Operations, including at least three full-cycle implementations.Experience with Product Model/Configurator, Finance & Accounting, Supply Chain & WMS, Production & MES, and HR modules within Dynamics AX/D365 F&O.Experience with LCS, DevOps, Power Apps, Power Automate, Common Data Service, Dual Write, SQL, APIs, and EDI.Experience integrating D365 Finance & Operations with D365 Sales, D365 Marketing, and D365 Customer Engagement.Microsoft certifications are a plus, including:oDynamics 365 Fundamentals (ERP)oDynamics 365 Supply Chain Functional Consultant AssociateoDynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant AssociateoDynamics 365 Supply Chain Functional Consultant ExpertoDynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Developer AssociateoDynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architecture ExpertoPower BI Data Analyst AssociateProficient in MS Word, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.Understanding of industry-standard business processes supported by Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2 and D365 Finance & Operations.Solid understanding of relational databases.Consulting experience and strong analytical skills.Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.Experience collaborating across different cultures and regions.Willingness to travel to Multi-Wing business units when required.Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalentPersonal QualitiesSystematic, organized, and team-oriented.Able to work independently and balance operational and strategic responsibilities.Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure.Strong ownership mindset and ability to drive initiatives to completion.Confident providing user support and training.Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.Self-starter capable of managing multiple priorities.Why Join Us?Global exposure, professional growth, a collaborative culture, hybrid work flexibility, competitive benefits, and the opportunity to make an impact in an international organization.#J-18808-Ljbffr
