Our goal is to give them the experience, relationships, and opportunities to begin building careers of their own while bringing fresh perspectives and new ideas to ours.JOB TITLE Development + Sourcing InternLOCATION On-Site (St. Louis, Missouri)RESPONSIBILITIES Work on a project that takes a style from raw materials to a finished product for the Weissman brandPartner with Guides and teams focused on raw material development and sourcing while attending weekly meetingsHelp maintain the raw materials library by filing and organizing headers and lab dipsLearn about fabric development through fittings, prototype reviews, negotiations, and production schedulesManage timelines, complete projects, and present a final project at the end of the internshipPROGRAM QUALIFICATIONS Current college student or May 2027 graduate pursuing a degree related to the internship areaAble to relocate to St. Louis, Missouri for the duration of the 10-week summer programStrong interest in fashion, apparel, or related industries with a desire to learn and grow professionallyCollaborative mindset with the ability to contribute ideas and work effectively in a team environmentDetail-oriented, organized, and eager to take on real-world projects in a fast-paced settingPROGRAM DATES IN ST.
