Help
As a Management and Program Analyst, you will:
- Reviewand analyze workflow and reporting system outputs. Develop unique custom systems or reconfigure existing ones to optimize data delivery.
- Evaluate operational data to track progress, performance, schedule compliance, and program objectives.
- Lead and maintain executive IT platforms.Direct the development and management of the briefing book, executive correspondence, and department-wide technology systems.
- Evaluate existing administrative processes to advise on strategic improvements. Establish and lead task forces or working groups to design new initiatives or resolve systemic issues.
- Manage sensitive and critical initiatives, including long-range planning, data collection, performance evaluation, and executive briefing preparation.
- Develop targeted projects to meet organizational objectives. Author strategies, policies, and implementation plans to maintain peak institutional performance.

Applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and responsibility to the next lower grade level in the Federal Service. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped the applicant with the particular competencies/knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. This experience need not have been in the federal government.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations, e.g., professional; philanthropic, religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies; knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
To qualify at the GS-14 level:
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: You must possess one full year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 (or equivalent pay band in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as:
- Architected, reviewed, and reconfigured complex workflow and reporting systems.
- Evaluated enterprise-wide operational data to track program progress, assess performance metrics, and ensure compliance with project schedules;
- Analyzed administrative and operational processes to advise senior leadership on strategic, high-impact improvements. Established, chaired, and served on inter-agency task forces and working groups tasked with designing new initiatives or auditing organizational deficiencies; and
- Developed and executed strategic policies, agency-wide implementation plans, and governance frameworks to maintain optimal organizational performance.
