Our client in Camden is seeking an experienced Family Court Adviser to provide expert assessments and evidence-based recommendations in family court proceedings, working closely with children, families, courts, and partner agencies to safeguard children's welfare and achieve the best possible outcomes.What will your responsibilities be?Conduct safeguarding checks and risk assessments within family court proceedings.Gather, analyse, and evaluate complex information relating to child welfare and protection concerns.Prepare high-quality court reports, statements, and recommendations.Represent and advocate for the child's wishes, feelings, and best interests.Undertake direct work with children, young people, and families.Provide expert advice to courts on safeguarding and welfare matters.Manage a varied caseload across Public Law and Private Law proceedings.Work effectively with local authorities, legal representatives, schools, healthcare professionals, and partner agencies.Support the delivery of theChild Focused Court Model (CFC), ensuring children's voices remain central throughout proceedings.Maintain accurate case records and utilise case management systems effectively.Qualifications & Experience:To be successful in this role you must have,Social Work England registrationEligible to work in the UKHold a full UK driving licencePost-qualified experienceDegree level or equivalent in Social WorkLiquid Personnel is an equal opportunities employer.
