Required Skills

• Expert knowledge of marketing vendor landscape (agency, media, creative services)
• Advanced contract negotiation and drafting skills
• Strong analytical ability in spend data evaluation
• Proven experience executing complex RFX events (RFP, RFQ, RFI)
• Excellent stakeholder management, including influencing C-suite executives

Nice to Have Skills

• MBA or related master's degree
• AI literacy and experience with procurement automation tools
• Leadership in cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of legal aspects of contract development
• Experience in global or multi-regional sourcing environments

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 7 years of strategic sourcing or supply chain experience, with significant marketing category expertise

• Ability to manage complex vendor relationships and execute fast-paced projects
