Don't think traditional retail, Bonobos is something you haven't seen before.Location NameColumbus Corporate HeadquartersResponsibilitiesNote: This is an onsite, part-time position up to 20 hours per weekPOSITION OVERVIEWThe Sample Library Coordinator is responsible for managing all daily functions of the sample library to support Merchandising, and Cross-Function departmental requests. This role ensures accurate intake, organization, tracking, and distribution of product samples, while maintaining detailed records and providing timely support to internal teams.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESReceive and process incoming Floorset POsCreate and log new samples into the sample library database, filing by department and style numberMaintain organized sample bins, library shelves, and desk locationsMonitor and fulfill sample requests from, merchant teams, and other stakeholdersDeliver samples, hangers, racks, and related materials to designated locationsUse systems such as RMS and Excel to input and track sample data (e.g., PO, style, color, quantity)Update the sample library database with brand samples, floorset information, and SKU detailsCreate non-merchandise cases and maintain accurate country-of-origin and quantity recordsPerform regular inventory checks and update sample locationsLocate and lock cases as needed to ensure security and accuracySupport Value-Added Services by delivering samples, hang tags, or other items for processingCreate and ticket tags for merchant samples using RMS dataEnsure correct department, spec number, style, and color details are included on tagsSend and manage email requests for sample processing (e.g., GOH sample requests)Collaborate with leads and other departments to fulfill urgent or specialized requestsPrepare detailed spreadsheets and reports for sample requests, including delivery times and locationsReceive, track, and ship excess samples for floor set POs to Radial to put back into inventoryReceive, Label + Log Tech/Design Samples PPOrganizing sample sale racks+ boxes in preparationfor quarterly sample salesREQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS0-3 years of experienceStrong organizational skills with attention to detailProficiency in data entry and familiarity with systems such as RMS and Excel/Google SheetsAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentEffective written and verbal communication skillsBasic Excel skills for tracking and reportingAbility to lift and move sample boxes and materials as requiredEarly EntryClosingIf you would like to know more about the California Consumer Privacy Act clickhere.Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
