  • Collaborate with internal security, risk, and legal teams to resolve complex cases
  • Maintain strict confidentiality, chain of custody, and compliance with laws and company policies
  • Testify or present findings in hearings or court when required
  • Use investigative technologies, databases, and video tools to support cases
  • Travel to client sites to conduct field inquiries, scene assessments, and witness interviews
  • Communicate professionally with clients, partners, and authorities on case status
  • Follow Allied Universal protocols for safety, ethics, and professional conduct in all investigations
