Summary

Code Enforcement Official

Part-time 20 hours per week. Perform inspections of properties and buildings to ensure compliance with relevant zoning ordinances, nuisance codes, and other regulations. Prepare, issue, and deliver notices to property owners regarding violations. Work must be done during regular Borough working hours - no nights or weekends. File complaints/violations and appear in court as a witness when necessary. Experience as Code Enforcement Official required. Experience with SDL software preferred. All interested candidates must email a cover letter and resume to Gary Goodman, Construction Official at ggoodman@franklinlakes.org. $34.53 per hour. Interviews will be conducted until the position is filled. Borough is Equal Opportunity Employer.
