Loch Harbour Group is seeking an experienced Senior Test & Evaluation (T&E) Analyst to support the U.S. Air Force's Test & Evaluation mission in support of (customer/directorate) .


This role sits at the intersection of T&E, program management, policy, and resource management. You'll work directly with Air Force and DoD stakeholders, turning complex program information into clear analysis and recommendations that support senior-level decisions. You'll collaborate with experienced military, civilian, and industry professionals on programs that contribute directly to national security.


Requirements:

• Support Air Force T&E planning, policy development, strategy, and program reviews.

• Review and analyze DoD and Air Force acquisition, program, and test documentation.

• Analyze requirements, alternatives, risks, and trade-offs, and develop recommendations for government leadership.

• Prepare briefings, reports, and decision papers for senior military and civilian audiences.

• Support program and budget management, including resource tracking, forecasting, and execution analysis.

• Facilitate meetings and working groups, and track decisions and action items through completion.

• Coordinate with Action Officers, program managers, and military and civilian leadership.

• Maintain program trackers, databases, and other management tools.

• Support Foreign Materiel Program and other T&E activities as needed.


Required Qualifications


• Active Secret security clearance.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, scientific, or related field.

• 8+ years of relevant DoD or Air Force experience, including work in one or more of the following: Test & Evaluation, DoD acquisition, program management, policy development, or financial/resource management.

• Proven ability to produce clear, professional briefings and written products for senior government audiences.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with limited supervision.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.


Preferred Qualifications


You don't need every item below to be a strong candidate. Experience in any of these areas is a plus:

• Air Force T&E or T&E program office experience.

• Experience across the DoD acquisition life cycle.

• PPBE, budgeting, or Program Element management experience.

• Foreign Materiel Program or foreign materiel exploitation experience.

• Joint Test & Evaluation experience.

• Aerospace or weapon systems analysis.

• DAWIA certification (Test & Evaluation, Program Management, or Business Financial Management), PMP, or other relevant credential.

• Master's degree in a related field.


Salary

  • $150,000- $185,000
