Duties

Help

  1. Monitors and evaluates assigned national programs and initiatives. Evaluates strategic planning and program execution efforts.
  2. Identifies and collects necessary data including legislative and program data and interviews with senior management, program officials, employees and supervisors. Assembles and assesses information gathered; formulates findings, conclusions, and recommendations and presents results in written and/or oral form, which are well-organized, supportable and clearly expressed.
  3. Develops and recommends policies and procedures to ensure long and short range program plans and objectives. Provides expertise, critical analysis, and authoritative advice on the interpretation, development and implementation of policy and measures.
  4. Designs and conducts complex analytical studies of assigned programs. Plans and/or directs complex projects requiring evaluation and identification of a variety of operational problems, evaluating alternative solutions, and recommending appropriate action.
  5. Reviews and evaluates proposed legislation, regulations, policies and procedures, lessons learned, findings, and procurement initiatives. Provides authoritative advice and interpretation of laws, policies, and new developments.
