I am working with established law firms in the Nashville market that are interested in speaking confidentially with experienced lateral partners who have meaningful portable business and are considering their next platform.

Current areas of interest include:

• Corporate / M&A
• Healthcare M&A & Regulatory
• Commercial Litigation (excluding insurance defense)

Ideal candidates will have an established practice, a meaningful portable book of business, and an interest in joining a firm that can provide the platform, resources, and support to continue growing their practice.

These opportunities may be a strong fit for partners who are exploring greater autonomy, stronger cross-selling opportunities, a more collaborative environment, or a platform better aligned with their long-term practice goals.
