Summary

Job Description SENIOR PROGRAM ANALYSTFinancial & Realty Services, LLC (FRS), a professional services firm in Calverton, MD, is recruiting for a Senior Program Analyst for our federal client in Washington, DC. The position is on-site 40 hours per week (or 80 hours bi-weekly), with periodic travel.

Responsibilities:
  • Serving as the primary project manager for assigned programs.
  • Conducting data analysis to: understand programs' performance, create recommendations for efficiency, highlight trends, create prediction models through regression analysis and other statistical tools, assess program lifecycle issues, and create risk mitigation plans and program plans.
  • Developing and maintaining appropriate documentation (e.g., schedules, plans, reports, budgets) for all assigned projects.
  • Developing and presenting briefing materials for senior government personnel to report on these approaches and program improvements.
  • Assisting government personnel in defining requests for quotation (RFQs), qualifying vendors for services, and supporting government personnel in evaluating proposals.
  • Supporting audit preparation and documentation for assigned programs.
  • Assisting with maintaining records to ensure accountability for assets.
  • Providing guidance and work leadership to less-experienced analysts as requested.
  • Creating or editing multimedia presentations, animations, slide decks, illustrations, or graphic designs.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in relevant areas of study.
  • Demonstrated skills and experience in complex business areas, organizational programs, or employee-support functions.
  • Demonstrated ability in developing, assessing, implementing, and improving standard operating procedures (SOPs), checklists, intake forms, and related documentation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with diverse and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and concurrent projects.
  • Knowledge of GSA standards and processes for asset management, including fleet.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices for managing assets, facilities, and real property.
  • Proficiency with common office technology suites, including Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Slides, Sheets, Gemini), Microsoft Office, content management systems, database tools, and/or project management software. Adaptability to learning government systems and software.
  • Proficiency with creating and editing multimedia (e.g., slide decks, videos, illustrations) using Google Suite (e.g., Slides, Vids, Omni) or Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g., Premiere, InDesign, Express).
