Role Overview
As a Land Rover Master Technician, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Land Rover vehicles to factory standards. You'll work alongside a professional team in a modern facility with access to the latest tools, equipment, and training while earning competitive flat-rate compensation.

- Efficiently identify and resolve complex electrical, mechanical, and drivability concerns.
- Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs according to manufacturer standards.
- Document findings, repairs, and recommendations accurately.
- Perform vehicle inspections and recommend needed services.
- Maintain productivity and quality standards.
- Collaborate with service advisors and fellow technicians to provide an exceptional customer experience.

- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
- Knowledge of Land Rover systems, electronics, and repair procedures.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- ASE certifications preferred.
- Land Rover factory certifications strongly preferred.
