Schedule & Location
- Hybrid rotation: 2 days onsite / 3 days remote on Week 1, and 3 days onsite / 2 days remote on Week 2 (subject to change based on operational needs).
- Preferred 1 year of experience in banking operations, contact center, back-office banking, or fraud investigations/disputes.
- Proficiency with advanced computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to demonstrate logical reasoning and critical thinking to resolve complex customer issues
salary: $20 - $25.66 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors
