Program Manager III

Location: Omaha, NE Onsite

Duration: 12+ Months

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage IT projects spanning print platform technologies and facility operations.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across siloed teams, promoting alignment and effective execution.
  • Track project status, milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Define and coordinate testing activities, including input file validation, print cycle testing, and facility operational processes such as print job management and inventory management.
  • Navigate ambiguity, drive decision-making, and ensure timely action across stakeholders and teams.
  • Contribute strategically by engaging in solution development and participating in requirements and process definition.
  • Serve as a key connector across teams by creating clear visualizations and communication artifacts that facilitate broad organizational discussions and alignment.
  • Build and maintain integrated project timelines across multiple teams, aligning dependencies, critical paths, and program milestones.
  • Provide program-level visibility and coordination to ensure execution remains aligned with overall objectives and schedules.
  • Demonstrate adaptability in dynamic environments while driving organizational change and encouraging teams to adopt new processes and ways of working.

  • Strong program and project management experience in complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Ability to influence and coordinate teams without direct authority.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

  • Experience developing project plans, timelines, dependency tracking, and executive-level reporting.
