A Typical Day in the Life Includes: Oversee and optimize daily business operations to improve efficiency and productivity. Develop and implement operational strategies to support business objectives. Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve processes and drive business performance. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to leadership. Identify opportunities for automation and process enhancements. Drive data-driven decision-making through in-depth analysis and reporting. Drive adoption of new tools and processes. Basic Qualifications: Experience in finance, business operations or a related role. Analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analysis and reporting. Experience in business intelligence tools and Cloud, SaaS, or ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning). Experience with AI tools such as: Claude, Copilot or ChatGPT. Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience working with process improvement methodologies. Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or sponsorship Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in the manufacturing / supply chain (or related) industries. Experience with cloud / SaaS enterprise solutions. Bachelors of MIS (Management of Information Systems) Finance, Accounting, Business, Operations, or a related discipline is preferred
