MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Solutions Architect to join our team in Doral, FL . Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Designing, defining, and leading the implementation of end-to-end enterprise software and hardware solutions. Evaluating operational requirements and translating complex mission needs into scalable architectural blueprints. Collaborating with cross-functional technical teams, systems engineers, and project leaders to guide system design and deployment. Assessing emerging technologies, cloud platforms, and legacy systems to recommend modernization and integration pathways. Establishing engineering standards, technical baselines, and architectural governance frameworks across enterprise networks. Maintaining system baselines, engineering documentation, and enterprise technical diagrams for mission capabilities. Recommending and implementing continuous process improvements to enhance system interoperability, performance, and scalability. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 5 years of experience in solutions architecture. OR a master’s degree and 3 or more years of relevant experience OR a PhD and 1 or more years of relevant experience OR an associate’s degree and 7 or more years of relevant experience OR a high school diploma and 9 or more years of relevant experience Proven experience designing, integrating, and deploying complex enterprise IT or cloud solutions. Strong background in technical roadmap development, system modeling, and architectural governance frameworks. Experience creating, maintaining, and communicating complex technical documentation and executive-level architecture diagrams. Demonstrated proficiency with cloud architectures, containerization, and enterprise system integration frameworks. Preferred Qualifications: Relevant professional certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or TOGAF certification. Prior experience supporting U.S. Military Command operations or Department of Defense enterprise technical environments. Familiarity with DevSecOps practices, automated deployment pipelines, and DoD security compliance standards. Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multi-disciplinary engineering teams to drive complex technical initiatives. Clearance Requirements: Must hold a current/active secret security clearance. Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance. Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%. Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
