Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and collaborative Nurse Practitioner (APRN / NP) to join our growing clinical team. In this role, you will work side-by-side with our chiropractors and clinical staff to provide comprehensive integrative care. The ideal candidate has strong clinical skills in physical medicine and functional therapies, thrives in a team-based setting, and shares our dedication to helping patients achieve optimal health and vitality.
Key Responsibilities & Scope of Practice
- Joint & regenerative injections: Evaluate patients and perform joint, trigger point, and regenerative injections (e.g., knee, shoulder, hip, spinal/soft tissue) to relieve pain and improve joint mobility.
- Hormone replacement therapy (HRT): Order and interpret relevant hormone labs and design customized bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) protocols for men and women.
- Peptide therapy & medical weight loss: Evaluate treatment options to prescribe targeted peptide protocols for cellular optimization, recovery, anti-aging, metabolic health, tissue repair, and medical weight loss management (including GLP-1 and combination peptide therapies).
- Functional medicine consulting: Review health histories, nutrition, and lifestyle factors; order and interpret clinically appropriate gastrointestinal, metabolic, and nutrient testing; and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborative care: Partner closely with our chiropractic team and clinical staff to create integrated, multimodal treatment plans for whole-body wellness.
- Patient documentation & compliance: Complete timely and precise chart notes (within 24 hours) in accordance with state APRN regulations and clinic guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Master’s or doctoral degree in nursing or a related health field, completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program, and current national certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Licensure: Active, unrestricted Wisconsin APRN license with a Nurse Practitioner specialty designation and authority to prescribe, or eligibility to obtain these before beginning patient care.
- Certifications: Active Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration.
- Relevant Training & Experience:
- Hands-on experience and/or formal training in joint injections, orthobiologics, regenerative medicine background preferred.
- Direct experience or training in functional medicine, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), peptide protocols, and medical weight loss programs.
- Approach to care: Sound clinical judgment, compassionate patient communication, and willingness to collaborate across disciplines.

- Schedule: Part-time, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position. Monday–Friday, with no evenings, weekends, or holidays.
