This is a full desk role combining business development, client management and search execution. We are looking for someone who enjoys owning relationships from origination through delivery rather than operating exclusively on either the sales or execution side.
The firm works across a mix of retained and contingency search, with a significant portion of the US business operating on a high level contingency model. Searches are focused on leadership and senior functional talent within complex, operationally driven organizations.
We are looking for:
8+ years of recruitment / executive search experience
Strong track record in business development and origination
Experience personally executing and managing searches
Background across Industrial, Consumer, Life Sciences or adjacent manufacturing sectors
Experience recruiting leadership talent across Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance or related functions
Retained search experience
Established client relationships and the ability to develop new business
Location: Fully remote, anywhere in the US
