Summary
We are looking to expand our team of expert consultants with 10 PhD Geoscientists for part-time, fully remote work supporting frontier AI research. Projects pay $60-100 USD per hour, with higher rates for experts with extensive publication records and tenure at leading institutions.
This role includes stress-testing leading AI models on research-level geoscience problems, creating and verifying complex questions and explanations in your area of expertise, and assessing whether AI-generated reasoning meets the standards of a trained geoscientist.

Required Qualifications
- Fluent English reading and writing skills
- PhD in Geoscience, Geophysics, Geology, or a closely related field
- Hands-on experience in computational modeling, simulation, or large-scale data analysis

- Scientists at government agencies and surveys such as the USGS or equivalent national geological surveys
