About the Program
Softek is recruiting for a program supporting the Department of Homeland Security, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (DHS/CISA). The program delivers AI/ML-enabled applications, automation, and cloud data engineering on an AWS and Databricks platform, with an emphasis on secure, vendor-agnostic design. Work is performed remotely from the contractor site with occasional travel to the Washington, DC area.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Define and execute test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts for applications, APIs, data pipelines, and AI/ML components.
- Perform functional, integration, performance, regression, and security testing and document results and defects.
- Conduct Section 508 accessibility testing using the DHS Trusted Tester methodology and prepare conformance reports.
- Participate in release readiness reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Three or more years of software testing experience, including test automation.
- DHS Certified Trusted Tester (Section 508) certification, or ability to obtain within 90 days of start.
- Experience with automation frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, or similar.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience testing AI/ML or data-intensive applications.
- Federal agency experience.
