Job Title: Enrollment Operations Specialist
Monthly Pay: $5,800 - $6,400 USD per month

As a full-time Enrollment Operations Specialist, you will coordinate enrollment transactions across internal teams, agencies, and carrier portals in a fully remote Michigan role.
Job Responsibilities:
• Review applications, eligibility evidence, and coverage elections for completeness.
• Enter approved enrollments and plan changes in administration platforms.
• Track open items, effective dates, and confirmation status.
• Respond to agency and member questions about enrollment progress.
• Coordinate corrections with carrier contacts and internal service partners.
• Maintain audit-ready notes and documents for each transaction.
Qualifications:
• Experience supporting enrollment, benefits, policy services, or account operations.
• Working knowledge of eligibility, effective dates, and coverage selections.
• Comfort navigating carrier portals and enrollment administration systems.
• Ability to interpret applications, plan documents, and change requests.
• Strong written follow-through when resolving incomplete submissions.
• Reliable remote-work habits and sound judgment handling confidential information.
