Summary
Insight Global is seeking an experienced Superintendent – MEP Electrical Systems to support a multi-billion-dollar, high-tech manufacturing construction project in Boise, Idaho. This is a unique opportunity to join one of the largest and most complex industrial construction projects in the country, with work expected to continue through 2028.
In this role, you will oversee the installation and execution of critical electrical infrastructure and MEP electrical systems while coordinating daily field activities with subcontractors, trade partners, project management teams, and fellow superintendents. The ideal candidate has strong experience leading electrical scopes on large-scale industrial, semiconductor, mission-critical, manufacturing, or data center projects.

- Medium- and low-voltage electrical systems
- Power distribution systems
- Switchgear and motor control systems
- Substations and utility connections
- Backup generators and emergency power systems
- Grounding and bonding systems
- Interior and exterior lighting systems
- Electrical controls and building automation interfaces
- Fire alarm and life safety systems
- Electrical infrastructure supporting high-tech manufacturing operations
Additional Details
- Multi-billion-dollar high-tech manufacturing project.
- Initial 12-month contract with high likelihood of extension.
- Project expected to continue through 2028.
- Generous per diem package available for qualified travelers.
- Expected schedule of 50-60 hours per week.
- Typical start time around 6:00 AM, with flexibility required based on project needs.
