Turf Masters Lawn & Landscape is seeking a dedicated and reliable Snow and Ice Fighter to join our team. We pride ourselves on our commitment to safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented, with a knack for problem-solving and operational control. This role involves operating ride-on ground application equipment, handling other application tools, and driving a truck & trailer to transport equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Shoveling and snowblowing snow off sidewalks and driveways as required.
  • Applying Ice Melt to sidewalks and driveways as necessary.
  • Loading and unloading equipment into and out of trucks.
  • Operating ride-on ground application equipment and other application tools safely and efficiently.
  • Transporting equipment using a truck & trailer.

Qualifications
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in operational control.
  • Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail.
  • Experience in operating ride-on ground application equipment and other application tools.
  • Ability to drive a truck & trailer

Requirements:

Valid Driver's License Must be insurable, with a clean driving record.
