We have an expanding fleet of mobile retail stores across the US and brick-and-mortar retail stores in Northern Indiana.Job DescriptionScrubs on Wheels is seeking a motivated, personable, and results-driven Talent Acquisition / Recruiter to support our growing organization by identifying, attracting, screening, and helping hire qualified candidates. This position will play an important role in building a strong candidate pipeline for both corporate and field-based positions. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who enjoys connecting with people, understands the importance of a positive candidate experience, and takes ownership of the recruiting process from initial outreach through the hiring process. The Talent Acquisition / Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers and the Human Resources team to understand staffing needs, identify qualified candidates, and help ensure positions are filled with individuals who align with our company values.ResponsibilitiesPartner with hiring managers to understand open positions, staffing needs, and candidate requirements.Develop and maintain active candidate pipelines for current and anticipated openings.Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, recruiting platforms, and other appropriate channels.Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet position requirements.Proactively reach out to qualified candidates regarding employment opportunities.Develop creative and effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified applicants.Conduct initial phone or video screenings with candidates.Evaluate candidates based on job-related qualifications, experience, skills, and company requirements.Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Provide timely communication and follow-up throughout the recruitment process.Assist in hiring managers with candidate comparisons and interview feedback.Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system and/or recruiting files.Track open positions, candidate activity, interviews, offers, and hiring progress.Provide recruiting updates and status reports to HR and leadership as needed.Help identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and candidate sourcing.Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information.All other duties assigned by supervisor.Qualifications1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.Experience recruiting for sales, retail, warehouse, logistics, transportation, or field-based positions is a plus.Previous recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, HR, sales, or customer service experience preferred.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Professional and personable approach when interacting with candidates and employees.Ability to effectively screen candidates and identify job-related qualifications.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities simultaneously.Comfortable using computers, email, Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems, and online recruiting platforms.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.Self-motivated and able to work independently with limited supervision.Strong attention to detail and follow-through.Working Conditions:Ability to sit, stand, and use a computer for extended periods.Frequent communication via phone, email, and virtual meetings.Able to work in different climates (office temperature varies from 67-77 degrees.#J-18808-Ljbffr
