All-Source Intelligence Analyst job at Peraton. McLean, VA.ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a Senior-level Intelligence Analyst experienced in foreign malign influence analyses to support our Intelligence Community (IC) customer. The candidate will be expected to produce ICD-203 compliant finished intelligence products for the customer.QualificationsBasic QualificationsTS/SCI with Poly5 years with BS/BA; 3 years with MS/MA; 0 years with PhD; 4 years of additional experience accepted in lieuof a degree.Experience in analysis of foreign malign influence on free and fair elections.Experience with writing ICD-203 compliant finished intelligence products.Ability to provide concise, articulate, polished writing of analytic documents, summaries, issue papers, talking points, and briefings including the use of Microsoft PowerPoint.Knowledge of the IC's structure and IC member organization's roles and capabilities regarding analysis, collection, or core enabling functions.Knowledge of intelligence priority topics and supporting intelligence information needs.Demonstrated proficiency working in a fast-paced collaborative environment and ability to proactively multi-task and meet short deadlines.Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and communication skills, including the ability to clearly convey complex data to nontechnical customers.Preferred QualificationsExperience working on or in support of the Joint Staff.Experience writing about messaging potential malign actors.Peraton offers enhanced benefits to employees working on this critical National Security program, which include heavily subsidized employee benefits coverage for you and your dependents, 25 days of PTO accrued annually up to a generous PTO cap and eligible to participate in an attractive bonus plan.Peraton OverviewPeraton is a next-generation national security company that drives missions of consequence spanning the globe and extending to the farthest reaches of the galaxy.
