At the full performance level of this position, you will:

1. Lead the development and implementation of organizational goals, objectives, policies, and procedures that align with program priorities and strategic initiatives.
2. Exercise supervisory personnel management responsibilities to promote an environment that empowers employees to participate in and contribute to effective mission accomplishment.
3. Represent the Agency to stakeholders by building effective working relationships, providing policy and procedural guidance, and resolving issues as they arise.
4. Coordinate press inquiry reviews, develop responses with the Agency's media relations office, and coordinate public-facing activities for leadership and other senior staff.
