MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST

Summary

Duties

You will support the Ocean Terminals Division/Operations Department in identifying and tracing reimbursable cost and most efficient organization (MEO) cost.

You will work with functional managers and staff to ensure appropriate job orders have been established to facilitate data collection.

You will monitor and assist Ocean Terminals execution using financial data provided by the Business Office, and metrics and workload data obtained from Global Air Transportation Execution System (GATES) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).

You will recommend changes to processes or procedures to promote efficiency and effectiveness or improve quality or service provided.
