Job Summary

The ideal candidate would have 1-3 years of experience working in a professional environment. Candidates with experience in Medicare Secondary Payer matters, workers’ compensation and/or liability insurance preferred. Legal, medical and/or claims experience a plus. Candidate will work remotely.

Qualifications:

• Direct communications/interfacing with client/customer
• Exceptional professional face-to-face and telephone demeanor
• Excellent writing, organizational and communication skills
• Ability to independently handle multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision while simultaneously functioning smoothly in a fast-paced, close knit environment
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Outcome-focused, pushing matters forward to resolution
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities:

• Point of contact for prestigious clientele base
• Responsible for successful file management, problem solving and client satisfaction
• Provide updates to internal and external staff/clients regarding case-specific information
• Docketing and follow-up to progress matters toward resolution
• Preparation and/or review of Medicare Set-Aside reports and submissions
• Review and/or dispute of Medicare conditional payments
• Resolve and troubleshoot issues, requiring subject matter knowledge and understanding of company policies and procedures
• Communicate with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and contractors
