Strategic Sourcing Manager | Procurement

We're looking for an experienced Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead sourcing and procurement activities across defined categories and sub-categories. If you have 10+ years of procurement or purchasing experience with strong expertise in strategic sourcing, RFQ/RFP execution, supplier management, and cost analysis, this is an excellent opportunity to drive category strategy and partner with senior stakeholders.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and implement category and sub-category sourcing strategies and pipelines
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and sourcing needs
• Lead RFQ/RFP processes, purchase order management, cost analysis, and supplier negotiations
• Manage strategic supplier relationships and identify potential new partners
• Support business projects while ensuring timelines, budgets, and procurement risks are effectively managed
• Serve as a subject matter expert on procurement policies, processes, and best practices
• Monitor sourcing compliance and provide procurement guidance to internal stakeholders
• Use Excel and Power BI for data analysis, reporting, and sourcing insights

What You Bring:

• 10+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or strategic sourcing
• Strong experience with RFQ/RFP execution, purchase orders, and cost analysis
• Solid understanding of procurement, sourcing techniques, and supply chain management
• Strong Excel, Word, and Power BI skills
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field

Location: La Porte, IN (United States)

Pay: $63 – $66 per hour
