Management and Program Analyst

Summary

Duties

Provides operational oversight of the operating budget to ensure that necessary actions are taken to stay within the budget and accomplish the mission.

Provides input on the organization's annual budget, including analysis of budget requests.

Develops documentation to support resource requests, justifications, preparation of unfunded requirements, and reprogramming submissions.

Develops new or modifies work methods, organizational structures, records, files, management processes, staffing patterns, procedures for administering program services, guidelines, and automating work processes for the admin support functions.

Provides varied reports as requested on special and/or recurring basis.

Assists with DTS travel coordination, completing and processing travel orders.

Coordinates and consolidates travel requirements (mission/training), reconciliation reports, and conference log reports.

Performs as a Government Purchase Card (GPC) holder for the region.
