We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Scrum Leader to join our Fund & Investor Solutions team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA . In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Establishing and maintaining Scrum practices, while facilitating understanding of Scrum theory and practice within the Scrum Team and the organization Removing impediments, ensuring Scrum events take place, and keeping events positive, productive, and within timeboxes Helping Teams focus on creating high-value increments, meeting the Definition of Done, and achieving daily and iteration goals Coaching Teams in self-management and cross-functionality, while guiding continuous improvement and high-quality delivery To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required 4-8 years of relevant experience in a similar role Previous technical experience is preferred Experience in Scrum Master role for software development team for large initiatives Knowledge of various Agile approaches including Scrum, SAFe, XP, Kanban, and Spotify Knowledge and experience in tools such as Jira and Confluence Ability to learn new technology quickly and translate ambiguous topics into actionable plans Excellent communication, mentoring, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills Preferred Agile certifications including CSM, PSM, and SAFe SSM.
