Electrical Technician

Summary

Akkodis is seeking an Electrical Technician for a Contract position with a client located in Cincinnati OH. We are looking for focuses on Mechanical or Physical Dimension area of work with emphasis in calibration.

Pay Range: $28/hr - $30/hr on W2 (The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)

Work Setup: Onsite, Monday–Friday - 1st Shift 100% Onsite

Job Title: Electrical Technician

• Calibrate Electronic Gear: Test and adjust digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, DC power supplies, multi-product calibrators, and power analyzers.
• Calibrate Process Tools: Maintain accuracy on clamp meters, ESD meters, fixed resistors, and resistor decade boxes.
• Manage Assets in FSM: Track equipment, log maintenance history, and schedule upcoming calibrations directly inside the Field Service Management (FSM) software.
• Keep NIST Traceability: Make sure every single test measurement matches up perfectly with the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).
• Document and Report: Write clear calibration certificates and instantly create Out-of-Tolerance (OOT) reports in FSM if a customer's tool is failing.
• Tag Bad Equipment: Put warning tags on broken tools and isolate them so customers don't accidentally use them on aircraft or medical parts.
