Qualifications:

• Valid Colorado State teaching certification or BCBA certification.
• Experience working with students with autism in an elementary inclusion setting.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with general education teachers and support staff.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized behavior and educational plans for students with autism.
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers to support inclusive classroom strategies.
• Monitor student progress and adjust intervention plans accordingly.
• Provide direct support and guidance to promote social and academic growth.
• Foster a positive and supportive classroom environment tailored to student needs.
