Employers Options is seeking an Election Support Specialist to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description

1. Set up election equipment at the Voter Service Center before opening
2. Tear down and secure election equipment at closing
3. Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues as they come up
4. Stay on site and be on call throughout the day while the Voter Service Center is open
5. Communicate equipment issues and resolutions to on-site staff and election officials

Position Requirements

1. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
2. Reliable attendance and punctuality
3. Availability to remain on site for the full day during all scheduled Voter Service Center hours
4. Ability to follow election procedures and guidelines
5. Professional, courteous communication with staff and the public
