Senior Analyst, Strategy & InsightsInsight Global is seeking a Senior Analyst, Strategy & Insights to support a leading pharmaceutical client's reporting, analytics, and innovation initiatives across Promotional Review, Event Management, Samples, and Marketing Operations. This individual will partner closely with business stakeholders, Strategy & Insights leadership, and IT teams to translate business challenges into meaningful reporting and analytics solutions. Responsibilities include analyzing business performance, identifying trends and opportunities, developing executive-ready insights and recommendations, defining KPI and reporting requirements, supporting Power BI dashboard enhancements, validating analytics solutions, and driving continuous improvement across reporting capabilities. The Senior Analyst will also help identify and operationalize Generative AI use cases, collaborate with technical teams on AI-enabled analytics solutions, and present actionable recommendations that support strategic business decision-making across multiple functional areas.
