Help identify drawing conflicts and field questions, and coordinate resolution with the Project Manager.

Lead quality inspections, subcontractor meetings, punch lists, and project closeout.

Qualifications

Experience in commercial construction through an assistant superintendent, field engineer, foreman, or comparable field role; 2–5 years preferred.

Ability to read construction drawings and specifications, with a working understanding of trade sequencing and jobsite safety.

Strong organization, follow-through, and communication skills, with the confidence to address issues professionally and ask questions when needed.

Comfort using digital drawings, email, and field reporting tools; Procore experience preferred.

A degree in construction management or a related field is preferred. Equivalent hands-on construction experience is valued.

Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 30-hour construction training preferred.
